Would you allow a 3rd party vendor to damage your reputation?
I recently had to export a Dash8 Drag Strut out of Canada. To make a long story short, the customer local forwarder was communicating what they cannot do. Before the situation escalates, I took over the shipment, coordinating everything with my customer, and with the support of my local forwarder managed to export & ship the Drag Strut to my customer, What would you do if you encounter this kind of conducting? Would you allow this 3rd party vendor to damage your reputation? I
