Barry Schwartz’s famous TED Talk, “The Paradox of Choice,” explains something Many of us feel but rarely articulate - More choices don’t make life easier.
They often make it harder, slower, and more stressful.
The paradox of choice In aviation, this truth shows up every day.
More vendors.
More part numbers.
More platforms.
More emails.
More “options.”
And yet — when an aircraft is grounded, what operators really want isn’t more choice.
They want clarity.
They want confidence.
They want one clear path forward.
At Zooey Aerospace, we see this daily.
When customers come to us overwhelmed by options, listings, and “maybe” availability, our role isn’t to add noise - It’s to remove friction.
We don’t aim to present every possible solution.
We focus on the right one.
✔ Fewer decisions
✔ Clear recommendations
✔ Ownership, not ambiguity
✔ Support that feels human, not transactional
Simplicity is not a lack of capability.
