Wouldn’t you lose trust if promises stopped meaning anything?

When values fade, trust collapses. And in aviation, trust is everything.
The cowboys of the Wild West lived by an unwritten rulebook — a Code that valued courage, loyalty, promises kept, and doing what must be done even when it was hard.
James Owen captured it best in Cowboy Ethics: “Everyone needs a code. A belief to live by.”
The Cowboy Code speaks of ten timeless rules — but at Zooey Aerospace, a few guide us every single day:
• Live with courage every day – making tough calls with our customers’ best interest in mind.
• When you make a promise, keep it – delivering spares and support as promised, no excuses.
• Be loyal to your tribe – standing with our customers through AOG, supply challenges, and uncertainty.
• Talk less, say more – letting our actions and solutions speak louder than words.
In aviation, as in the Wild West, values define survival. And by living them, we don’t just supply parts — we become part of our customers’ story, standing with them when it matters most.
Because being there when it matters most isn’t just service. It’s our code.
