A customer recently experienced an internal payment delay on a confirmed purchase order.

They communicated it.

We immediately updated the supplier, who continued reserving the component.

When a second delay was advised, we communicated again—openly and respectfully—while acknowledging that the supplier also had a business to manage.

Then, one day later, the customer confirmed that payment had been completed.

We immediately called the supplier and followed with a written update, while already coordinating the shipment details.

That call and follow-up email were genuinely appreciated.

This is how relationships are built.

We cannot always control payment processes, banking timelines or internal approvals.

We can control how attentively we listen, how quickly we communicate and how reliably we keep everyone aligned.
